Jalen Montonati was a one-man wrecking crew for Owasso as he went 9 for 13 from beyond the arc en route to 33 points and 0 assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which Montonati has scored at least 25% of Owasso's points. Another player making a difference was Jax Kerr, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
ESTEM has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Owasso, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
ESTEM will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Parkview at 7:15 p.m. on December 12th. Owasso won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fayetteville at 5:30 p.m. on December 8th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in their respective states (Fayetteville is ranked fourth in Arkansas, while Owasso is ranked seventh in Oklahoma).
