Central won the last time they faced Science Leadership Academy and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lancers blew past Science Leadership Academy 14-4. Considering the Lancers have won six games by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Central and bumps their season record up to 6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 runs in those games. As for Science Leadership Academy, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Central is set to challenge their familiar foe Philadelphia Academy Charter at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Science Leadership Academy will face off against rival Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
