Meanwhile, O'Bannon didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against West Bolivar back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 57-52 victory.

O'Bannon had a senior duo take command as Tylan Phillips went 7 of 12 on his way to 19 points in addition to seven boards and four blocks and Lou Sanders went 6 for 10 on his way to 18 points and five assists. With that strong performance, Phillips is now averaging an impressive 2.1 blocks per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Cordario Calvin, who posted seven points and five rebounds.

O'Bannon smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive matches.

Leflore County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.6 points per game. As for O'Bannon, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.
