Big Sandy is 0-9 against Gleason since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Big Sandy Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Gleason Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Big Sandy has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while Gleason will arrive with three straight wins.
Last Friday, Big Sandy came up short against Hughes and fell 47-38.
The losing side was boosted by Bailey Berry, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 15 rebounds. The match was her third in a row with at least ten points.
Meanwhile, Gleason didn't have too much trouble with West Carroll at home on Friday as they won 45-27.
The losses dropped Big Sandy to 0-3 and Hughes to 2-5.
Big Sandy might still be hurting after the 51-29 loss they got from Gleason when the teams last played on Tuesday. Can Big Sandy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
