Leading Lowndes to victory were Isaiah Camon and Kam Jackson. Camon scored 17 points, while Jackson scored 19 points along with five rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Camon has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ruben Compton, who scored nine points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Lowndes and bumps their season record up to 7-8. As for Richmond Hill, they bumped their record down to 2-17 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.
Lowndes will head out on the road to challenge Camden County at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Camden County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lowndes in Georgia (Camden County is ranked 52nd, while Lowndes is ranked 292nd). As for Richmond Hill, they will play host again and welcome Colquitt County, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Colquitt County is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
