The Reagan County Owls stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding 70-37 win over Forsan at home. The win was familiar territory for Reagan County who now have seven in a row.
Reagan County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kason Brown, who scored 29 points along with five steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Brown has scored at least a third of Reagan County's points. Jarrett Brown was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
Reagan County pushed their record up to 21-6 with that victory, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points per game. As for Forsan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-14.
Reagan County will head out on the road to face off against Eldorado at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eldorado will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 898th, while Reagan County is ranked 360th). As for Forsan, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Sonora at 7:30 p.m.
