The Parkway Northwest Hoyas will be playing at home against KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Parkway Northwest will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
Last Thursday, Parkway Northwest wound up with the same score they had in their last game (53-33), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points they have scored all season.
Meanwhile, KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy was the victim of a tough 54-33 defeat at the hands of Girard Academic Music Program on Thursday.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Sybir Brown, who scored 12 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Haile Johnson, who scored nine points along with three steals.
Parkway Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Parkway Northwest was taken down by KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy 77-46 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Parkway Northwest was down 41-20.
