Commerce waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Nowata Ironmen get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 13-5 loss the last time these two teams met.

Commerce pushed their record up to 4-18 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Nowata, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.
