The Wilton Warriors won the last time they faced the Greenwich Cardinals, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Wilton came out on top against Greenwich by a score of 59-47. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Wilton.
It was another big night for Henry Roy, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and two steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Jarvie, who scored nine points along with 12 rebounds and six assists.
Wilton's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Greenwich, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Wilton will head out on the road to square off against Trumbull at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Trumbull has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 602 points over their last nine contests. As for Greenwich, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bridgeport Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bridgeport Central is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
