Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Shane Simpson, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 19 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sean Bender, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Nuview Bridge bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 25.5 points per game. As for Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.
