The simple truth is that no matter how hard you prepare individually or how talented your team is, nothing is more valuable than a group of players who each have the bond of brotherhood as their foundation. As a high school coach, I know when my players are working as a team on and off the court the wins are going to be there, but the sense of satisfaction I have when I know my players are prepared to succeed on and off the court after high school is indescribable.
