Tindley won the last time they faced Traders Point Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tindley Tigers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Traders Point Christian Knights 46-12. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.
Tindley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rachel Day led the charge by going 8 for 19 on her way to 21 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Day is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Alonah Savage, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 rebounds.
Tindley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points.
