She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Aubrianna Everly was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
Wauseon hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post two or more strikeouts.
Having lost for the first time this season, Patrick Henry fell to 11-1. As for Wauseon, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Wauseon's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Patrick Henry has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 12.1 hits per game. It's a different story for Wauseon, though, as they've been averaging 10.4 hits. Given Patrick Henry's sizable advantage in that area, the Indians will need to find a way to close that gap.
