Frazier hasn't had much luck against Chartiers-Houston recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Commodores will welcome the Buccaneers at 3:00 p.m. Frazier is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10 runs per game this season.
Last Thursday, Frazier came up short against Carmichaels and fell 15-10.
Tyler Morrison made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That stolen base marked the first that he has snagged this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Fulmer, who went 2-for-5 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Chartiers-Houston ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Bethlehem Center 6-4. The Buccaneers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Brady Robaugh tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
At the plate, Dadrien Walls and Julius Livingston did most of the damage at the plate: Walls went 3-for-4 with one triple and one RBI, while Livingston got on base in three of his five plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI. Those three hits gave Walls a new career-high. Parker Riggle was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
The win got Chartiers-Houston back to even at 3-3. As for Frazier, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
Chartiers-Houston's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Frazier has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .494. It's a different story for Chartiers-Houston, though, as they've only averaged .351. Will they be able to contain Frazier's hitters?
Frazier got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Chartiers-Houston by a conclusive 15-5 score. Do the Commodores have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Buccaneers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
