It was a good run, but the Carrollton Trojans unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 79-66 to Shiloh. While losing is never fun, Carrollton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 82nd, while Shiloh is ranked third).
Tylis Jordan was his usual excellent self, scoring 32 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks for Shiloh. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Jordan has scored at least 25% of Shiloh's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jullien Cole, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds.
Carrollton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Shiloh, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-1.
Carrollton and Heritage will round out the year against one another at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at. Shiloh and Tucker will face off at 1:30 p.m. on December 27th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
