Tipton Christian Academy's game  last Saturday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Monday. Everything went their way against the Ripley Tigers as Tipton Christian Academy made off with  a  17-11 victory. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
  Neylan Walker was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances. What's more,  he posted two  RBI, the most he's  had since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Dalton Lenagar, who  scored three  runs while going 2-for-4.
With the  win, Tipton Christian Academy broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-10. As for Ripley, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the  loss, which was their fifth straight  at home.
Tipton Christian Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against Ripley: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
