Crestview's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Myia Etzler led the charge by dropping a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cali Gregory, who scored 11 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Crestview's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Ottoville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Crestview will be playing at home against Parkway at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ottoville, they will head out on the road to face off against Lincolnview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
