Greenwood had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Spokane Owls with a sharp 66-41 win. The Blue Jays have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Greenwood has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Spokane, their loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-14.

Greenwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 70-52 victory against Maysville on the 18th. As for Spokane, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Pleasant Hope at 5:00 p.m. on January 28th.
