The Schuyler Warriors fell victim to the Wahoo Warriors''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a serious blow against the Warriors, falling 54-0. While losing is never fun, Schuyler can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska football rankings (they are ranked 108th, while Wahoo is ranked fourth).
Wahoo got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jase Kaminski out in front who threw for 108 yards and three touchdowns on only eight passes. Noah Bordovsky was another key contributor, rushing for 82 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
Schuyler has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Wahoo, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
Schuyler does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wahoo will be playing at home against Scotus at 7:00 p.m. on October 28th. Scotus is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
