It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Skyview Falcons can now relate to. They took a serious blow against Helena on Friday, falling 48-14. Skyview just can't catch a break and has now endured four losses in a row.
Several Falcons players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Camble Bjornstad, who gained 100 total yards and a touchdown.
Helena got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Trygve Braun out in front who rushed for 83 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Frisinger, who rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown.
Skyview has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Helena, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.
Skyview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Helena will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Gallatin at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. Gallatin is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
