The San Isidro Tigers lost against the Lasara Lions back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. San Isidro took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lasara. San Isidro has not had much luck with Lasara recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Andy Lane, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds. Brian Ramos was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds.
San Isidro has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-21 record this season. As for Lasara, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season.
San Isidro will head out on the road to challenge Benavides at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Benavides is on a six-game streak of home losses, San Isidro a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. Lasara does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
