Bolivar added to the longest winning streak in Central Ozarks - Small this week by beating Reeds Spring, 41-6. The win marks ninth in a row for the the Liberators.
Bolivar was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after besting the Wolves. Lance Roweton's team came in at 23 in the state poll after placing at number 31 last week.
Marshfield's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Blayne Armstrong threw for 430 and 4 touchdowns and Mattew Clancy had 124 yards receiving. On the ground Armstrong chipped in 81 yards. Willie Totten helped Marshfield's passing attack out by catching 9 balls for 115 yards.
He was 28-48 with 1 interception.
Clancy was the best receiver in the league this week as the Bluejays beat Springfield Catholic. Clancy racked up 6 receptions for 124 yards. Totten helped Marshfield's passing attack out by catching 9 balls for 115 yards.
Marshfield's Armstrong and Clancy led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-4 quarterback Armstrong has thrown for 3,061 yards this season, while Clancy has 69 catches for 1,118 yards. Easton Flaugh from Reeds Spring leads the league in rushing with 887 yards.
The Fighting Irish are in fourth place, while Logan-Rogersville is in fifth place.
Brian Moler's team fell to the Liberators 41-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Flaugh threw for 47 yards and ran for 42 yards in the defeat.
