The Lake Fenton Blue Devils can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 72-36 win over Owosso. Winning may never get old, but Lake Fenton sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lake Fenton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Savannah "sj" fellenbaum, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. "sj" fellenbaum hasn't dropped below 17 points for three straight games. Emerson Baker was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five assists and three steals.
Lake Fenton pushed their record up to 14-4 with that win, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38.6 points. As for Owosso, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Fenton's road trip will continue as they head out to face Goodrich at 5:30 p.m. on February 16th. As for Owosso, they will square off against Fowlerville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
