The Booker T. Washington Lions's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Fort Bend Elkins Knights at 12:30 p.m. on December 27th. Booker T. Washington will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 235th in Louisiana, while Fort Bend Elkins is ranked 112th in Texas).
Last Saturday, Booker T. Washington was the victim of a tough 64-44 loss at the hands of St. Amant.
Meanwhile, after a string of eight wins, Fort Bend Elkins' good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They took a 59-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Fort Bend Hightower. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

The contest was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Todd Woods, who scored 12 points along with seven steals and five assists.
Booker T. Washington bumped their record down to 5-10 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Fort Bend Elkins, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.
