The Northland Pines Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Bowler Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Northland Pines and eight for Bowler.
Last Tuesday, Northland Pines had to suffer through a rough 75-45 loss at the hands of Mosinee. While losing is never fun, Northland Pines can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while Mosinee is ranked 62nd).
Meanwhile, Bowler was the victim of a tough 74-50 loss at the hands of Gresham Community on Friday.
Northland Pines' loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Bowler, their loss dropped their record down to 1-16.
