Blanco won the last time they faced Florence and Lily Bendele did her part to make sure it happened again. The Panthers put the hurt on the Buffaloes with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday for which the team can thank Bendele, who had 19 digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Blanco has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-24 record this season. As for Florence, they dropped their record down to 7-22 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Blanco is set to square off against their familiar foe Llano at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Florence will challenge rival Brady at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
