Carmel suffered a rough 70-45 loss at the hands of Fort Wayne Snider. Carmel was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-17.
It was another big night for Jordyn Poole, who scored 17 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds for Fort Wayne Snider. The game was Poole's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Tia Phinezy was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Carmel has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Fort Wayne Snider, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.
