Wilson Christian Academy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Wake Christian Academy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Chargers put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 12-0 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Chargers, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Wilson Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Cassidy Reynell, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run was Reynell's first of the season. Harleigh Parris was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, one run, and one double.

Wilson Christian Academy hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive matchups.

Wilson Christian Academy pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Wake Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
