Softball Recap: Bernie Wins Going Away Against Delta

Bernie got themselves on the board against Delta on Wednesday, but Delta never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Bobcats. The Mules might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 21 matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Bernie is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season. As for Delta, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-10.

Bernie wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 18-2 victory against Dexter on the 30th. As for Delta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Campbell at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
