The Waller Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their ninth straight defeat. They took a 55-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tomball Memorial. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Waller in their matchups with Tomball Memorial: they've now lost seven in a row.
Tomball Memorial's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dasia Hyams, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. Morgan Crockett was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds.
Waller's defeat was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-28. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 29.3 points per game. As for Tomball Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 15-20.
Waller does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tomball Memorial also has no future games currently scheduled.
