King's Way Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Stevenson get on the board and left with a 24-0 victory on Thursday. The Knights have beaten the Bulldogs the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bulldogs has come to flipping the script.

Grady Schaller made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four). He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
In other pitching news, Cam Disbrow looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
Back at the plate, Sam Somarakis was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Reece Johnson, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Meanwhile, King's made easy work of Sultan on Wednesday and carried off a 12-1 win. That looming 12-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Knights yet this season.
Like King's Way Christian, King's also got a great game from a two-way player: Jakob Fowler. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Fowler was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
In other pitching news, Titan Root looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because King's is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-4 otherwise.
Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Nate Echelbarger, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Brandon McCann was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
King's was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
King's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-4. As for King's Way Christian, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.
