Hartnady is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last six games she's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandi Halverson, who had seven digs and 14 assists.
Even though they lost, Edgar was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.
Edgar's defeat dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Marathon, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record this season.
Edgar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Marathon, they will welcome Pacelli at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pacelli is coming into the match with three straight victories on the road, so Marathon will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
