Eugene had to endure a six-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Bunceton Dragons on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Eagles not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 2nd (when they won 3-0).

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-21, 25-14.

Ava Williams paced Eugene's offense, picking up 11 kills. Williams got some help from Kebrina Hugen and her ten assists. Hugen was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-19. As for Bunceton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11.

Eugene didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Linn on the 14th. Bunceton has also already played their next matchup (against Russellville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
