Hill suffered a tough 65-42 defeat at the hands of Chisholm Trail Academy. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Hill has suffered against Chisholm Trail Academy since December 7, 2015.
Hill's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jonah Brown, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and three steals, and Kevin Hudson who scored 23 points. That was a full 54.8% of Hill's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Tyler McHenry continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Chisholm Trail Academy, scoring 18 points along with five assists and three steals. That's the first time this season that McHenry scored 15 or more points. Max Castro was another key contributor, scoring six points along with four steals.
Hill's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-7.
Hill will square off against Methodist Children's Home at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Methodist Children's Home focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Thursday. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they will be playing at home against Flint Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Flint Academy is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
