Umatilla are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Stanfield on Friday at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
There's no need to mince words: Umatilla lost to Clatskanie last week, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-67.
Meanwhile, Stanfield suffered a grim 6-35 defeat to Central Linn. This makes it the second loss in a row for Stanfield.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
