Master's Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carissa Hennessey led the charge by dropping a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. Hennessey is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last six games she's played. Another player making a difference was Alison Viersma, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Tradition Prep has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Master's Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-17.
Tradition Prep was able to grind out a solid victory over Master's Academy when the teams last played on January 8th, winning 30-23. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Hennessey, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 21 rebounds.
