Full Life Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They breezed past Varsity Opponent to the tune of 59-21. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with Varsity Opponent: they've now won five in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Full Life Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Logan D'Antoni, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards. Those 14 points gave D'Antoni a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Colton Senseny, who shot 5-for-8 from beyond the arc and almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds.
Looking ahead, Full Life Christian Academy will square off against South Baldwin Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Falcons their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Varsity Opponent, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 125-55 loss against Hillcrest Prep on the 10th.
