Fatima is 2-7 against Blair Oaks since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Fatima Comets will be home for the holidays to greet the Blair Oaks Falcons at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Fatima's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
Last Thursday, Fatima didn't have too much trouble with Tipton on the road as they won 67-50. Given Fatima's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Tipton is ranked 272nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Blair Oaks was the victim of a rough 64-38 loss at the hands of Rolla on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Blair Oaks has scored all season.
Fatima's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Blair Oaks, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-3.
Fatima beat Blair Oaks 57-46 when the teams last played back in December of 2022. Does Fatima have another victory up their sleeve, or will Blair Oaks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
