After losing to the Ridgway Demons the last time they met, the Ouray Trojans decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Ouray came out on top against Ridgway by a score of 52-44 on Thursday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ouray to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cavan Pasek, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks. Conner Hill was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with three steals.
The victory got Ouray back to even at 5-5. As for Ridgway, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
Ouray will be playing in front of their home fans against Dolores at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Dolores is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak. As for Ridgway, they will head out on the road to square off against Mancos at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
