Baseball Recap: Lynn Comes Up Short

The Lynn Bears came up short against the Lamar County Bulldogs on Monday and fell 7-3. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Austin Dodd was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-4. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Lynn's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Lamar County, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-12 record.

Lynn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lamar County, they will challenge South Lamar at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
