The Lincoln County Panthers suffered their biggest defeat since December 11, 2023 on Thursday. They took a serious blow against Logan, falling 69-40. Lincoln County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Panthers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Rian Johnson, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnson has scored all season. Hayden Moore was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with four steals and three blocks.
Lincoln County's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Logan, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.
Lincoln County will look to defend their home court on Monday against Hurricane at 7:30 p.m. As for Logan, they will head out on the road to face off against Nitro at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Nitro will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
