On Friday Londonderry's undefeated season almost came to an end. They never let the Portsmouth Clippers get on the board and left with  a   2-0  win. The Lancers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Clippers, too.

 On the hitting side, Londonderry's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Sadie Moore, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Londonderry's win bumped their record up to 4-0-1. As for Portsmouth,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-2.
 Coming up, Londonderry will welcome Timberlane  at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Portsmouth, they will face off against Manchester Central at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday.
