Zeeland East lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Mirra Fenlon, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and four blocks. Another player making a difference was Libby Post, who scored four points along with six rebounds and three blocks.
Mona Shores' win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Zeeland East, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
