Gateway gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They came out on top against the Celebration Storm by a score of 9-5. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Maicol Santiago made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
