Meanwhile, winning is just a little bit easier when you work as a team to rack up 12 more assists than your opponent, a fact Northampton proved on Thursday. They came out on top against Chincoteague by a score of 82-70. The win made it back-to-back wins for Northampton.
Ronyell Coston and Quayshawn Washington were among the main playmakers for Northampton as the former scored 32 points and the latter shot 4-for-7 from beyond the arc and dropped a triple-double on 25 points, 11 assists, and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Washington has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tywon Sebastian, who scored 11 points.
