If the Christian Ministries Academy Conquerors were riding high  off their  41-10 takedown of the Columbia Christian Crusaders on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Christian Ministries Academy took a serious blow against Abundant Life on Monday, falling  65-38. Christian Ministries Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Abundant Life apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in December of 2022.
 Christian Ministries Academy's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Faith  James, who  scored 14 points, and  Madison Garner who  scored 14 points. Garner scored a full 36.8% of Christian Ministries Academy's points, the fourth time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 Christian Ministries Academy has  been struggling recently, as they've  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for Abundant Life, their win  ended a 12-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-6.
 Christian Ministries Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pulaski County HomeSchool at 4:30  p.m.  on January 4, 2024. Abundant Life will be staying on the road  on Friday to face off against Maumelle Charter at 3:00  p.m.  on December 15th.
