Monrovia's Nick Fairfield rumbled for the longest rushing play in West Central this season in his game against Clinton Central last week. Fairfield ran for 79 yards on the play and finished with 184 on the day as his team beat the Bulldogs.
Luke Judson and Logan Fite provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Clinton Central. The connection was good for 58 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.
Monrovia's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Judson has thrown for 544 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Fite has nine catches for 227 yards. Fairfield leads the league in rushing with 613 yards.
Greencastle extended the longest winning streak in West Central this week by beating Owen Valley, 36-0. The win marks ninth in a row for the the Tiger Cubs.
