Ferris's
Evan Pontley. He won one game and retired 11 batters.
Pontley was on fire this week, as he led the league with a .500 average, one home run and two RBIs. The Yellowjackets compiled a record of 1-1 in that time.
Ferris' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing nine hits and eight walks to lead the league in both categories.
There were five hitters that batted over .400 in the league this week. The group was paced by Nathan Duran, who collected four hits in seven at bats for a .571 average.
Cody Mcdonald and Pontley hit home runs this week.
Pontley struck out 11 in the Yellowjackets' 13-2 win over
