On Friday, Eastview faced Prior Lake in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Eastview Lightning came out on top against the Prior Lake Lakers by a score of 53-43. The win was nothing new for the Lightning as they're now sitting on five straight.

Eastview's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Prior Lake, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
