Meanwhile, Stuart W. Cramer's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They took a 59-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Forestview. The match was a 26-26 toss-up at halftime, but Stuart W. Cramer was outscored by Forestview in the second.
Amari Littlejohn put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Taelan Whitley, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and three blocks.
Kings Mountain's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5. As for Stuart W. Cramer, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Kings Mountain have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 32.1 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Stuart W. Cramer struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.4 rebounds per game.
